Programs
Outdoor Adventure camps strive for the highest quality learning experience and outcome possible. To achieve this we custom design every workshop, and formulate activities that will best achieve each group's unique goals & requests. While this type of approach requires more up front needs assessment, it ensures that every group receives a "fresh" program.
Team building approach
Participants work with teammates to solve structured problems in the forms of indoor and outdoor activities that require collaboration, communication an understanding of individual strengths and weaknesses. Groups then debrief after all activities, an essential means to reflect on the teamwork process and articulate what the team learned. Our experienced facilitators' help participants share their experiences and relate them to their work environment.
Ideal intake
Minimum of 20 to be cost effective and get personal attention under extreme safety procedures and in house facilitators
Team building inclusive of -
Welcome drink, Buffet lunch, evening tea and snack, resort facilities from 9 am-5 pm, swimming facility in modern / natural pool, recreation facility, common changing room, professional guidance in outdoor activities team building, communication, change management and leadership

Camps follow a sequential process. The completion of one level contributes to each subsequent level. Each level can be viewed as self – contained outcome in itself and /or one phase of a group's development
Ideal intake -
Minimum of 20 / maximum of 50 participants to be cost effective and get personal attention under extreme safety procedures
Duration of the camp - 2 days (9.00am - midnight on day one & 6am - 4pm on day two)
